Introducing the South Australian Verdale (SAV) – an Australian selection of the renowned French Verdale variety.
Known for producing a large table fruit that is (5-8g ). The fruit has a good flavour and excellent texture and is usually pickled green. It does have a large seed which take the flesh to pit ratio below 6:1 which is less than ideal for commercial table production, however, in recent years SAV has become popular for its award winning oil being produced in Australia.

Our olive trees are quality commercial stock, grown in a professional nursery in south-east Queensland.
Each tree is 10-12 months old, 50-80cm tall, sun-hardened, and ready to be planted directly in the ground or into large pots.
Please note: due to quarantine restrictions plants cannot be sent to Northern Territory, Tasmania or Western Australia.
