Grevillea Coastal Sunset 90mm pots
Coastal Sunset is a outstanding native Grevillea producing a an abundance of large orange/gold flowers for most of the year. A rare colour for a subtropical Grevillea.
It is a very hardy, fast growing shrub that will reach 2-3m high x 2-3m wide. Periodic light pruning will help to maintain a compact form and encourage flower production.
Preferring well-drained soils in full sun, Coastal Sunset is adaptable to a wide range of climates from Cairns to Victoria. It is tolerant of of light to moderate frost and extended dry periods once established. The flowers attract honeyeater birds and make exceptional cut flowers.
The trees are 6-8 months old and around 60 to 90cm tall and ready to plant into the ground or a large pot.
Coastal Sunset was bred by the late Owen Brown and remains one of the most unique Grevillea’s arising from a G. banksii X
We send trees early in the week to help ensure they arrive at their destination before the weekend.
